This page allows you to download examples of PTWin32 reports. The page is broken into two sections. This first section lists examples of reports included with PTWin32. The second section lists reports that have been created by PTWin users or Black Bear Systems, Inc.

Standard Reports: These are examples of reports included with PTWin32.

	Building Permit (Bldperm.pdf / 17 kilobytes/ 2 pages) Contains the default Building Permit report.
	Permit Tally (Permtaly.pdf / 10 kilobytes/ 1 page) Contains the default Permit Tally Activity Report.
	Inspection Record (Insprec.pdf / 11 kilobytes/ 1 page) Contains the default Inspection Record report.
	Permit Log (allperm.pdf / 16 kilobytes/ 1 page) Contains the default Activity Report for the Monthly Permit Log

Modified Reports: These are examples of reports that have been created to meet some specific client requirements. The first two reports were created by PTWin users on their own. The last two examples demonstrate some custom reports we have been asked to create.
