Many clients have us import data from other systems into a format compatible with our software. This saves them a great deal of data entry and enables them to have already-available information at the ready.

Most commonly, we import Parcel and Owner information from Tax Assessors' or GIS files. Usually your county will be able to provide a file containing those records pertaining to your jurisdiction. Also, if you have Permit data from another system we can give you a "window" to that data right in Ursa. You'll be able to access your historic Permit information with no problem and without keeping that old system on-line.
