Once you decide to go with Ursa we know you need to get trained on how to take advantage of all the great features Ursa brings you. Although Ursa is designed to enable you to teach yourself everything you need to know to use it effectively, many of our clients like to take advantage of our professional training services. We are happy to announce that Ursa Quick-Start Training Seminars will be available as soon as we begin shipping Ursa to our clients. These low cost 1+1/2 day seminars, designed to help you quickly get up to speed on Ursa, will be offered in many locations around the country (see the preliminary list below.) The Quick-Start Seminars will be specifically geared to get you up and running as quickly as possible so you can begin using Ursa to its fullest potential right away. Class size is limited, and class reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis. The cost is $500 per attendee for a 1+1/2 day session. We will work to accommodate all of our clients into the sessions as quickly as possible, but please do get your reservation in to us as soon as you can to reserve a spot in the city of your choice. Individualized Training We also offer individualized training sessions either at your location or ours. These intensive sessions are great for training all of your staff members; getting professional guidance in setting up Ursa to operate exactly as you need; and to review your department’s procedures and integrate your methods into Ursa. The cost is $2,000 per day plus travel expenses if we come to your location, or $1,500 per day if you come to our offices in Washington State. Please see the Personal Training page for more details.
