With your license you will receive one to three years of technical support (depending on which package you choose); an informative User Manual containing step-by-step tutorials; our quarterly electronic newsletter; and access to an archive of user information on our web site. In short, we give you everything you need to run Ursa independently. We designed Ursa to allow you to choose the level of continuing involvement you would like to have with us, from none at all to any of the various optional services described below. We're there if you need us, but you decide when we work with you and for how long. Some of our clients prefer we play a continuing role in how their Ursa system is shaped. For them we can analyze workflow; provide in-person training on either a one-jurisdiction basis or in a seminar setting; create custom reports to exacting specifications; convert data from other systems into Ursa format, particularly Parcel and Owner information from your Tax Assessor or GIS and Historical Permit information from other systems; and even tweak Ursa itself by adding custom program modifications. |
