PTWin comes with three different ways to generate printed reports of your data. Here’s the scoop on each of them;

Internal Ace Reports –
printed by pushing the Print buttons that appear on the window toolbars. PTWin defaults to using these reports. Ace reports are part of PTWin & run very quickly but you can not change them.

Paradox Reports –
PTWin provides nearly 30 reports created by using Paradox for Windows. You can set these reports to print from your window toolbar. If you purchase a copy of Paradox for Windows you can change these reports or create new ones.

Ad Hoc Reports –
The ad hoc reporting module of PTWin is an SQL query engine that lets you create reports. Ad Hoc reports are printed from the Ad Hoc reporting module, also known as the Shazam Report Wizard.

You can also use any of the many commercial SQL report writers available to open PTWin’s Paradox tables and create reports.
