Setting report names for Activity reports

Tip #: 3.1.47
Ver(s):PTWin32

In PTWin version 2.x you had control over what printed as a result of pushing the Print button on the main PTWin windows. This was done in the Modifications dialog box that is displayed by selecting Modifications from the Options Menu.

This feature is still present in PTWin32; however, we have expanded the ability to include Activity Reports as well.

Selecting Set Report Names from the Report Setup menu that is found on the Reports Menu displays the Report Setup dialog box. Here you can enter your custom report name in the User Report File Name field for any of PTWin32’s 22 Activity Reports.

You can enter the name of either a Shazam Ad Hoc Report or a Paradox for Windows report. Once you enter the name and press the OK button your report will be used whenever someone prints one of PTWin32’s Activity Reports.
