Introducing PTWin32 |
PTWin32
users can set up the system to prevent the printing of a Permit, Temporary
Certificate of Occupancy, or Permanent Certificate of Occupancy based
a number of criteria. These
settings that act as gatekeepers to your printer are called Printing Blocks
and they can be found on the Printing Blocks page of the System
Settings window that appears when you select the System Settings
command from the Options menu. This
page is broken into sections for each of the three reports you can block, the Permit,
the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, and the Permanent Certificate
of Occupancy. Each
section contains checkboxes that block printing if any Approvals are
outstanding or any unpaid fees exist. The Permanent Certificate of Occupancy
contains an additional checkbox that allows you to block printing if no passed
final inspection record exists for the permit. Each
section also contains 3 combo-box fields that allow you to select any 3 Status
field values that will block the printing of that report. Users attempting to
print a blocked report receive a message telling them why the report cannot be
printed.
