Introducing PTWin32 |
The
PTWin32 Inspection Scheduling window gives you a method for keeping inspectors
on track. There is certainly a need to know what’s going on today and
tomorrow, but as for yesterday, that’s over with, and the results of the work
are generally stored in other PTWin32 records. In
the case of most PTWin32 installations historic scheduling information is simply
not necessary. Once an Inspection record is created it carries with it a copy of
any pertinent information that may have been contained in the Inspection
Scheduling record. After
a few years these unnecessary and redundant scheduling records can build up
until they slow the performance of PTWin32. If your situation does not require
the maintenance of historic scheduling records then press the Delete All
Before button on the Inspection Scheduling window. This
will display a dialog box that allows you to select a date. The date will be
used to delete all scheduling records that contain a date prior to your
selection and thus remove the clutter.
