Introducing PTWin32 |
We have all kind of
clients using PTWin32 from jurisdictions with populations under one hundred to
governments that manage populations in the millions. That means we see all kinds
of installation situations. A common sort of
installation situation we run into involves day-to-day PTWin32 users who are not
responsible for the maintenance or configuration of the computers upon which
PTWin32 runs. Usually this maintenance is assigned to a specialized computer
person from a local contractor or the Information Technology department. What this means is
that a given technical support issue associated with PTWin32 might be the
responsibility of the user, the IT person, or both.
